Click and Collect is available by appointment only Friday-Sun.  Please specify a preferred date and time for collection on the calender at checkout. Do not arrive to collect your order until it is ready for pickup at your allocated time.

 

 Delivery to customers within 15km is free for all orders over $50 and will be available as an option at checkout if you are located within our Delivery range. For orders below $50 there is a Delivery fee of $10. ​Deliveries are scheduled on Thursdays 9.00am- 5.00pm. You will receive a notification with an estimated delivery time to the phone number provided. Orders will be left in a safe place if possible.  Failed delivery attempt (e.g. security apartment with no access) will incur a fee of $10, so please let us know ahead of time if delivery is not possible at the estimated delivery time. Generally, orders placed after 9.00am Thursday will be delivered the following week.

 

For orders outside this range, Delivery may still be possible (depending on location) and will fall into the price category of Express Post. You will be contacted with a delivery time if delivery is possible, otherwise AusPost orders are sent out on Mondays and Tuesdays. If you would like to confirm whether Delivery is possible to your location, please send us a message!

 

Unfortunately due to state quarantine laws we are unable to post directly to NT, TAS & WA.

 

Happy House Plants sends plants express through Australia Post on Mondays and Tuesdays. We have a flat rate shipping fee of $15. Any orders made up until midnight Monday will be sent out the same week. Orders placed after this time will be sent out the following week. ​ We do not post plants any later than Tuesday to reduce the risk of plants being held up in transit over the weekend. 

 

Some plants will be sent semi bare rooted (without pot/soil) t the avoid risk of damage of larger pots in transit.  Some plants are not able to be posted due to size/weight, or risk of damage. These will be listed as PICKUP OR

LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY.

 

The utmost care is taken by Happy House Plants when packing items, however we cannot be held responsible for any damaged items on delivery or delays as a result of Australia Post.

 

If you would like to purchase  AusPost Extra Cover  (Insurance for high value items) please contact us once you have placed your order. Extra Cover rates, as set by Auspost costs $0 for the first $100 and $2.50 for each subsequent $100 up to $5000.

 

 All orders are marked as 'Leave in a safe place' unless 'Signature Required' is specifically requested by the customer or Extra Cover is purchased over the value of $500.
