WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Our 'Plant Shed' is located in Peakhurst 2210.
CAN I VISIT YOUR STORE?
YES. We are happy to now have a space for you to come and shop our shelves! You can book a time to visit us through the popup on the bottom right corner or through the Visit Us page located on our main menu. Our doors are open Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday 11am-4pm, & Sunday 11am-2pm.
WHEN CAN I PICKUP MY ORDER? Pickup is available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Book a time to collect your order at checkout.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?
Yes! We offer FREE local hand delivery for orders over $50 or with a $10 fee for orders under $50, to addresses in our delivery zone of 15km. Our delivery days are Thursdays and Fridays. For orders outside our 15km range, Delivery may still be possible (depending on location) however, will fall into the price category of Shipping, which is calculated at checkout. You will be contacted with a delivery time if delivery is possible, otherwise AusPost orders are sent out on Mondays and Tuesdays. If you would like to confirm whether Delivery is possible to your location, please send us a message!
I AM TOO FAR FOR DELIVERY, CAN I STILL ORDER?
Yes! We post plants express through Australia Post all over the country. Unfortunately due to state quarantine laws we are unable to post plants directly to NT, TAS & WA.
Order are posted through Australia Post on Mondays and Tuesdays. Any orders made up until midnight Tuesday will be sent out the same week. Orders placed after this time will be sent out the following week. We do not post plants any later than Tuesday to reduce the risk of plants being held up in transit over the weekend.
Our plants are posted in their pots unless stated on the product page that they will be posted semi-bare rooted. (meaning without pot and soil, with roots wrapped in moist sphagnum moss)
The utmost care is taken by Happy House Plants when packing items, however we cannot be held responsible for any damaged items on delivery or delays as a result of Australia Post.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed, and an order update email with tracking information once your order has been posted.
For delivery orders, you will receive a notification via SMS on Wednesday or Thursday afternoon/evening with an estimated delivery time.
CAN I ADD EXTRA COVER (AUSPOST INSURANCE) TO MY ORDER?
If you'd like extra peace of mind when placing an order for Express Shipping, you can add Extra Cover. Provided through AusPost, it provides loss or damage cover up to the specified value of your item (up to $5000) while it is being carried by AusPost. Australia Post provides cover up to $100 included in their postage fees. Extra Cover then costs $2.50 for each subsequent $100 cover (above $100 included cover) up to $5000. If you would like to add additional cover at buyers cost, please contact us after placing your order and we will organise and send a payment link to you. Signature on Delivery is required if your item is valued above $500 and you have purchase Extra Cover. WHEN DO YOU HAVE NEW STOCK?
The best way to stay up to date with new stock (as well as sales and promotions) is by following us on Instagram or by signing up to our mailing list located on the Home page.
CAN I SEND A PLANT AS A GIFT?
Of course! Just be sure the details of the recipient are entered correctly. We can also include a message card at no extra charge. Let us know in the 'Special Instructions/ Message to seller' box on the checkout page that it's a gift, and include your message.
THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
Oh no! This rarely happens, but if there is an issue with your order contact us promptly via Email or message us on Whatsapp. You can find our contact details on the Contact Us page. If there is an issue with your order on arrival, you must contact us within 24 hours.
